Willie Godinez

Willie P. Godinez, 87, earned his wings on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.  He is preceded in death by the mother of his children, Guadalupe Alvarez and his son William Alvarez Godinez.  He is survived by his daughters: Guillermina "Mina" Godinez Alvarez (Barbarito), Irma Irene Godinez, Patricia Alvarez Godinez, Jeannette Godinez (Carlos) Martinez ; Sister: Maria "Bebe" Godinez; 14 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.  He may be gone physically, but will live forever in the hearts of all those he touched.

Services entrusted to Martinez Funeral Chapels-Nogales. Visitation will be on Monday, September 3, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Rosary will be recited at 11:00 a.m. Body will be present for mass celebration at Sacred Heart Church at 1:30 p.m.  Immediately following mass, he will be taken to Nogales Cemetery where he will receive military honors before his burial at 3:00 p.m.
