Theresa “Pebbles” Herrera was born October 13, 1962 and passed away peacefully on February 5, 2025. She attended school at Lynn Urquides Elementary and participated in the Special Olympics. Theresa loved music and even danced on stage with singer Little Joe when she was young. She was the life of the party, always singing, dancing, and enjoying life.
