He is survived by his brothers: Daniel Mohineda, Daniel Gonzalez, Joel Merino, Julian Merino, Justin Cordova; Sisters: Aracely Gonzalez, Adelina Gonzalez, Elyana Mollineda, Desiree Merino, Destiny Merino, Lorenza Bañuelos, Yvette Garcia Marenco and Pita Mohineda; Parents: Cecilia Perez and Daniel A. Gonzalez; Grandparents: Leticia Lara and Daniel Gonzalez; Nephews: Davian Mollineda, Dariel Mollineda, Daniel Mollineda, Dylan Mollineda, Damian Mollineda, Ayden Mollineda, Daniel Jr. Gonzalez and Gerardo Castro; and his Niece: Maddison Mollineda. Samuel may not be with us physically but he will forever live in the hearts and memories of all those he touched in life.
