Samuel Joseph Fimbres

Samuel Joseph Fimbres, affectionately known as Pooh Bear, was born on September 2, 1980, and passed away on November 23, 2025. Samuel leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and countless memories cherished by his family and friends.

Samuel was a devoted father to his son, Samuel J. Fimbres Jr., who has preceded him in death. He was a loving and caring individual who always greeted the world with a smile, often brightening the day with his witty jokes. His selflessness and generosity knew no bounds; he was the kind of person who would give his shirt off his back to assist someone in need. Samuel had a profound love for his family, which included his father, Samuel Molina Fimbres Sr., his sisters, Monica B. Fimbres and Denise A. Madrid, and his brother, Rene Hernandez. His heart was particularly tied to his nephews, Rene Yslas, AJ, Anthony Yslas, and Miguel Yslas, who held a special place in his life.

He was preceded in death by his son, Samuel J. Fimbres Jr.

In addition to his familial bonds, Samuel's warmth extended to everyone within his circle. He took great pride in caring for those around him, offering support and kindness until "the wheels fall off". His love and dedication, especially towards his baby sister, Monisa B. Fimbres, illustrated the depth of his affection for his family.

Samuel had a passion for music, which served as a backdrop to many of his cherished moments. His enthusiasm for life and the joy he brought to those around him will be fondly remembered.
