Roy Edward Matas, 72, passed away on November 3, 2020. Survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Rosalina Matas; sons, Roy Edward Matas, Jr., Alberto Matas (Melissa) and Cruz Baumea; daughters, Sylvia Cranz (Fernando) and Gina Turner; brother, Daniel Matas; sisters, Amelia Witty (Carl) and Ruth Miranda; 33 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Ruth C. Ortiz and Roy Garcia Matas; brothers, Henry Matas, Raul Matas, Raymond Ortiz and Eddie Cruz; nephews, Danny Figueroa, Roland Torres and Robert Torres .
