He is survived by his wife; Eva Rodriquez Barrios; son, Julian Romo Barrios; daughters, Diana Romo Barrios and Julieta Romo Barrios; sister, Rosa Zarate Barrios; 7 grandchildren; step-son, Rudy Altamirano; step-daughter, Carol Catalan; 7 step-grandchildren and 10 step-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his step daughter; Michelle Carrizosa.
