Refugio "Louie" G. Villa
November 12, 1971 — November 24, 2020
Louie passed away on November 24. 2020 in Tucson, Arizona. He is survived by his parents, Sister, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins. Louis was loved and will be deeply missed by so many that loved him. He left us to be in heaven with his brother. He was a horse trainer and groom and and loved the race tracks.
