He is preceded in death by his father: Rafael Hernandez Sr. He is survived by his mother: Alfonsina Hernandez; Brother: Francisco Hernandez; Sisters: Gabriela Hernandez and Lupita Hernandez; Nieces and Nephews: Frank Hernandez II, Niel Hernandez, Cassandra Hernandez, Viviana Lugo, Manny Lugo, Vanessa Lugo, Anikka Dibene, Layla Lopez and Luisana Lopez; as well as numerous family and friends. He has physically left and will be dearly missed by all those hearts he touched.
