Nicholas "Nick/Nicho" Hernandez, 32, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021. He is survived by his sons, Alekzander Hernandez and Erving Hernandez; daughters, Lynneigh Hernandez; brothers, Terrence Smith and Esequiel Hernandez; sisters, Jasmine Hernandez, Felice Hernandez and Regina Radford; father, John Hernandez; paternal grandmother, Helen Woodworth as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and cousins.
