Maria Saucedo

Maria Saucedo, 81, of Tucson, AZ. Passed away on March 20, 2021. Maria was born on January 4th, 1940 in Bavispe, Sonora. She immigrated to Arizona in 1952, and eventually settled in Tucson, AZ. Where she married and raised 9 children. She enjoyed going to "the bingo" and "el casino" with her mother and sisters. She always got her hair done every Friday; and never out without her red "lippie sticky". She loved Mariachis and dancing at every family event she went to. She enjoyed being surrounded by her family. As she got older, her health worsened. It stopped her from doing the things she enjoyed. The love she had for her family was immense, and always remained strong.

   She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Julian Saucedo. Her sons; Henry (Robyn), Frank (Hope) and Hugo. Her daughters; Mary Anthony (Marcos) Lisa, and Julissa (Armando). Her sisters; Ana (Juan), Rosa Martha, Terry, Carmen (Don), Blanca (Bobby) and Cecilia. Her 26 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. Also, countless cousins, nieces and nephews.

    She is preceded in death by her parents; Carmelo Tarazon and Socorro Montiel; and her sons; Jaime, Sergio and Abel Saucedo.
