Maria N. Garcia

Maria N. Garcia, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and, passed away on September 9, 2025, at the age of 73. Born on November 18, 1951, Maria was known for her unwavering generosity and her kind heart, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Her extraordinary culinary skills were a cornerstone of her legacy, particularly her tamales, which were cherished by family and friends alike. Many delighted in the warmth and love she infused into her cooking, making holidays and gatherings truly special. Maria's passion for celebrating moments with loved ones reflected her vibrant and engaging personality.

Maria leaves behind a loving family who will remember her fondly. She is survived by her daughters, Marcela G. Rodriguez and Rebecca E. Aguilar, who carry forward her spirit of kindness. Her grandchildren—Tatiana Galaz, Jesus Omar Aguilar, Raymundo Rodriguez, Rebecca A. Rodriguez, and Nathaniel T. Aguilar—along with her great-grandchildren, Sofia T. Galaz, Georgia Rodriguez, and Jesus Angel Rodriguez, will cherish the memories and songs she created for them.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel D. Garcia.

In addition to her immediate family, Maria is also survived by many brothers, sisters, and an extended circle of family and friends who were touched by her warm presence. Her life will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing her, especially during moments when she shared her love through her delightful cooking and cherished traditions.
