Marcos Fernando Canez Beltran, born on January 13, 1997, departed this world on February 8, 2026. His life, although brief, was filled with joy and laughter, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those who had the privilege to know him. A beloved son, brother, and uncle Marcos is remembered for his adventurous spirit, humility, and fiercely protective heart.
Marcos excelled in his career, making significant contributions to the construction industry and proudly serving Texas Road House. His education at Sentinel Peak High School culminated in the class of 2015, after which he demonstrated his dedication to service by enlisting in the Army. As a Gulf War veteran, he earned commendations including the Army Service Ribbon and the National Service Defense Medal, along with being recognized as an Expert Infantryman. His commitment to his country exemplified the values he held dear.
Marcos was not only known for his professional spirit but also for his vibrant personality. He had a distinctive ability to make others smile with his unforgettable laugh and the joy he brought to moments shared with family and friends. His love for dancing and creativity were hallmarks of his character, and he could often be found lifting spirits with his inimitable charm.
Family meant everything to Marcos. He leaves behind his father, Fernando Lopez Canez (Jaime), mother, Maria Dolores Beltran de Moreno, and sisters, Jesus Selene Ramos Beltran (Andres) and Elsa Guadupe Ramos Beltran (Durrell). His cherished nieces and nephews, Angel, Mia, Giselle, Gma, Noah, Naveed, Yazmin, Novaseck, Neel, Genesis, and Nikola, will carry forward his legacy and the wonderful memories they shared.
Marcos held a special bond with his faith, embracing his favorite Bible verse, Psalms 91, which offered him strength and comfort. His big smile and joker-like demeanor were a source of happiness for all who crossed his path.
As we pay tribute to Marcos Fernando Canez Beltran, let us celebrate a life that, while too short, was rich with love, laughter, and an unwavering zest for life. He will be dearly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved him.
Visitation services will be held on February 27, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Martinez Funeral Chapels located in Tucson, AZ. A Rosary will follow from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
