Maria Lydia Chavez, 89, earned her wings on December 29, 2020 in Tucson, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ruben Chavez; and her parents, Gonzalo and Juana Cordova. She is survived by her son, Ruben Chavez (Myrna Chavez); daughters, Rosario Chavez, Leticia Chavez and Martha Chavez-Sharp (Bill Sharp); brothers, Armando Cordova and Ysidro Cordova; sisters, Margarita Cordova, Josefina Cordova and Guadalupe Cordova de Aviles; 6 beautiful grandchildren and 7 beautiful great-grandchildren. Lydia may be physically gone but will forever live in the memory and hearts of those she's touched.
