Jose Arsenio Velarde Peraza, 93, earned his wings on May 4, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his beautiful wife of 72 years, Clotilde Velarde; Sons: Ramon Velarde, Marco Velarde, Faustino Velarde, and Jose Alberto Velarde; Daughters: Maria Esther Velarde ad Marcela Velarde; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Julio Alfonso Velarde. He will be truly missed by all those whose hearts he touched.
