He is survived by his lovely wife Angelica Ortiz; Son: Jose Ruben Ortiz; Daughters: Cynthia Mendoza (Edgar Mendoza) and Chelsea Carolina Ortiz; Brothers: Francisco Ortiz and Roberto Ortiz; Sisters: Norma Ortiz, Alma Ortiz, Eva Ortiz, Maritza Ortiz and Marcela Ortiz; Mother: Maria Eva Ortiz; Grandchildren: Emma Ortiz, Emiliano Ortiz and Nicolas Mendoza. He may be physically gone but will forever continue to live in the hearts of all those he touched.
