James Otis Smith, 74, passed away on November 29, 2021.
He is survived by brother, Jeffery W. Smith and Richard D. Smith; sisters, Vicki Sharp, Brenda Nelson, and Glenda Hackworth; sons, Jimmy Dwayne Smith, Kenneth Chenil Smith, Eric Fininen, and Roberto Hull; daughters, Latrice Adele Smith and Chenise Nicole Smith; along with nineteen grandchildren and thirty one great grandchildren.
He is proceeded in death by parents, James Chester Smith and Iree Smith; brother, Donald Smith and Mitchell Smith.
He will be dearly missed and never forgotten.
