Humberto V. Perez also known as "Polo", went to Heaven to be with our Lord and Savior. He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Mercedes V. Perez; children, Humberto Perez Jr.(Michael Ann), Patricia Y. Perez (Julio Duarte) and Maritza Perez (Jose Solis); sisters, Margarita Gerardo (Manuel), Francisca Rosas (Jesus Ramon+) and Perla Santoyo (José Luis+) brother, Juan Manuel Perez-Abreu (Delia); grandchildren, Michelle Rene Jacquez (David), Melissa Renée Ramirez Perez (David Vindiola), Christopher Andre Perez (Taylor), Julio Humberto Duarte (Jessica), Danitza Renée Perez (David Garcia); great-grandchildren, Gregory Isaac Jacquez, Malakai Cory-Alexander Vindiola, Madison Harper-Zo Vindiola, Levi Anthony Perez, Ella Marie Duarte, Giovanni Gael Duarte. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, extended family and many good friends.
