In Loving Memory of Gloria M. Valenzuela

Gloria M. Valenzuela, a cherished and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, cousin, and aunt, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2026, in her hometown of Tucson, Arizona. Born on July 7, 1946, in Tucson, Gloria spent her life deeply rooted in the community she loved and nurtured.

Gloria's journey was marked by courage and selflessness from an early age. She left school at a young age to help care for her siblings, a responsibility she embraced with unwavering dedication. This early experience shaped her generous spirit and lifelong commitment to family.

She devoted her adult years to caring for her children and family, a role she fulfilled with boundless love and grace. Gloria was also known for caring for many children in the family, lovingly watching them while their parents worked. She treated each child as her own, ensuring they were fed, bathed, cared for, and loved. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and open arms.

Above all, Gloria was proud of being a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Manny Valenzuela, who preceded her in death. She was extraordinarily giving and a wonderful presence not only to her immediate family but also to her nieces, nephews, siblings, friends, and neighbors. Her kindness and warmth left an unforgettable mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Gloria found joy in life's simple pleasures. Music and dancing were passions close to her heart, bringing happiness and celebration to family gatherings. Many cherished memories were made around kitchen tables, card games, family parties, and laughter-filled afternoons with loved ones.
