Gilberto Martinez Rivera, 75, earned his wings on October 27, 2019 in Rio Rico, Arizona surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife: Eduviges Martinez; Sons: Gilberto Francisco Martinez, Daniel Ernesto Martinez and Javier Armando Martinez; Daughters: Erika Martinez and Anna Karina Martinez; Brother: Sergio Martinez; Sister: Margarita Martinez; 17 grandchidren and 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents: Raul Martinez and Ernestina Martinez; Brother: Raul Martinez Jr; and Sister: Maria Elena Martinez. He will be missed greatly by all those whose hearts he touched.
On Wednesday, October 30, 2019, A body present mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church at 2:30 PM.
