Dania Teran

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Dania Teran on August 10, 2023, in Tucson, AZ. She was born on May 16, 1985, in Harbor City, CA. Dania will be remembered for her joyful personality and unwavering love for her family.

Graduating from Tucson High School in 2004, Dania went on to dedicate herself to the care of children. She found immense joy in working with kids and had a playful spirit that brightened the lives of those around her. Always smiling and full of boundless energy, she created a nurturing and loving environment for all the children she cared for.

Outside of her career, Dania cherished spending time with her loved ones. Family gatherings and vacations were among her favorite memories. She truly embraced these precious moments and treasured the laughter and shared experiences they brought. Dania's warm presence enriched each gathering and created lasting bonds among family members.

An avid lover of nature, Dania felt most alive when she was outdoors. She found solace and tranquility in the beauty of the natural world. Her appreciation for nature's wonders was contagious, inspiring others to pause and marvel at the simple but extraordinary moments of life.

Dania will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. Her unconditional love extended beyond her immediate family to touch the lives of numerous individuals. She leaves behind beautiful memories that will forever remain etched in our hearts.

Dania is survived by her loving son Miguel Angel, who was the center of her world. She is also mourned by her brothers, Daniel Teran and Angel Teran; her sister, Karina Teran; her parents, Daniel and Rosa Teran, as well as her maternal grandparents, Ana Luisa and Bernabe Contreras .

In addition to her immediate family, Dania is survived by her adoring nieces and nephews; Kayla, Daniel Valentin, Luis Lauro, Liam, and Yoan. They held a special place in her heart, and she cherished every moment she spent with them.

A visitation service to celebrate Dania's life will be held on August 19, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Martinez Funeral Chapels in Tucson, AZ (2580 S 6th Ave). Friends, family, and all those whose lives were touched by Dania are welcome to attend this gathering and share their memories of her.

Dania illuminated the world with her radiant smile and compassionate nature. She will forever be remembered for her incredible zest for life and the unwavering love she had for her family. May she find eternal peace and tranquility as she watches over us from above.
