Charles L. Duarte, 83, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on September 15, 2018. He is survived by his sons Christopher O. Koch and Michael P. Rodriguez; daughters, Martha E. Rodriguez and Eva R. Cruz. He served in the Army National Guard and was a Golden Glove Boxer. He took great pride in his children, family and taking care of others. He was a simple man with the biggest heart often offering 2nd, 3rd and fourth chances. He will be missed. Services Entrusted to Martinez Funeral Chapels.
