Cecilia C. Mendez, 76, earned her wings on February 24, 2022. She is survived by her loving Sons: Martin Mendez and Frank Mendez; Daughter: Rosie Hart; Brother: Gilbert Chevarria; Sisters: Eva Villa and Angie Vega; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She has physically left, but her memory will live in the hearts of all those she touched.
