His nurturing heart and positivity shone brightly, and he took great pride in being a good uncle to his nephew, Zaidrian Terrazas.

His deep love and respect for his mother, Rosario Cortez, were apparent in everything he did. He leaves behind his mother, Rosario Cortez; siblings, Erick Cortez and Diana Cortez; nephew, Zaidrian Terrazas; as well as many cousins and friends who adored him.
