Augustine G. Aguilar

Augustine G. Aguilar, passed away on October 21, 2023. Born in Tucson, Arizona on August 20, 1983, Augustine was a loving and caring individual who touched the lives of many with his infectious smile and kind heart. He was known for his passion for cooking and worked at Burger King and the Tucson Swap Meet throughout his career.

One of Augustine's most cherished qualities was his love for dancing. Whether it was at family gatherings or community events, he would always find a way to light up the room with his graceful moves. Augustine's joyous spirit allowed him to find happiness in every moment, and his positive outlook on life inspired those around him.

Augustine was a proud father, and there was nothing that brought him greater joy than spending time with his children. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy through his sons Augustine Jr., Marcos Marchetta, and Geovannie Aguilar, as well as his daughters Desiree Aguilar, Arisa Leon, and Arianitza Aguilar. His children were the center of his world, and he took great pride in raising them with love and compassion.

In addition to his children, Augustine is survived by his mother Espranza Aguilar, who provided unwavering support throughout his life. He also leaves behind his aunt Blanca Hurtado and cousins Vanessa Aguilar (Ralph Reyes), Sergio Aguilar, Santiago Aguilar, Vicente Aguilar, Eduardo Aguilar (Dennise Navarro), and Arturo Aguilar. Augustine had a special bond with his extended family and found solace in their presence.

Augustine received his education from Utterback Middle School and Sunnyside High School. Though he may not have pursued higher education beyond high school, he possessed an abundance of wisdom derived from life experiences that shaped him into the incredible individual he was.

Friends and family are invited to attend visitation services honoring Augustine at Martinez Funeral Chapels - Tucson, located at 2580 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713, on November 2, 2023. The visitation will begin at 9:00 am and conclude at 1:00 pm. A prayer service will also be held at Martinez Funeral Chapels - Tucson on the same day, starting at 10:00 am and ending at 11:00 am. These services provide an opportunity for loved ones to pay their respects and share fond memories of Augustine.

Augustine G. Aguilar will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His loving nature, protectiveness towards his family, silliness, and caring demeanor left an indelible mark on the lives of those around him. His spirit will forever live on in the hearts of his children, family members, nieces, nephews, and friends.

May Augustine's soul find eternal peace as he dances among the stars above.
