Ashley Sesteaga

Ashley Sesteaga, born on February 24, 2000, departed this life far too soon on June 29, 2025. A radiant soul, she embraced each day with an infectious energy that brightened the lives of everyone around her. Known as the life of the party, Ashley had a way of turning the most ordinary moments into cherished memories filled with laughter and joy. Her smile was a constant, even in times when shadows crept in, and her contagious laughter echoed in hearts long after the moments had passed.

A devoted daughter, Ashley cherished the love of her parents, Marco and Claudia Sesteaga, and embraced the spirited camaraderie of her brothers, Marco Sesteaga and Cristian Sesteaga, who shared in her adventures along with Cristian's fiancee, Sabrina Suarez. Family was her anchor, and every interaction overflowed with warmth – from playful teasing to deep conversations that lasted for hours. Their bond was fortified by the countless times spent together, whether at home or on excursions that bore the pulse of adventure.

Ashley had an insatiable love for travel, yearning to explore the world and create stories that would last a lifetime. Her passion for golfing often found her on sunny greens, swinging clubs with the same enthusiasm she brought to everything in her life. And oh, how she adored dancing! She danced everywhere, her spirit unabashedly shining through as she twirled and swayed, embodying the very essence of rhythm and joy. For Ashley, the dance floor was her sanctuary, where every move expressed the love for life that burned vibrantly within her.

Never far from her side was her beloved dog son, Güero Sesteaga, who was more than just a pet; he was cherished as her "baby," accompanying her on innumerable adventures, sharing in the laughter and love that filled their lives. The bond they shared was a testament to the depth of Ashley's love, offering comfort and companionship in every moment together.

Ashley leaves behind a beautiful legacy woven with the threads of kindness and vivacity. She is remembered fondly by her niece, Xitlaly Sesteaga, and nephew, Ezekiel Sesteaga, Grandmother Cony, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who will carry her spirit in their hearts for all time. Her absence will resonate in gatherings from which her joy will be sorely missed, but the memories made will forever be celebrated.

The visitation for Ashley will take place on July 7, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Martinez Funeral Chapels - Nogales, located at 891 W Mariposa Rd, Nogales, AZ. A Rosary will follow at 11:00 AM, leading into a Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 2:00 PM, situated at 272 N Rodriguez St, Nogales, AZ.

As we bid farewell to Ashley Sesteaga, we do so with hearts swollen with grief, but also filled with gratitude for the light she brought into our lives. Her spirit shall dance on in every joyful moment, every laugh shared, and every adventure taken, reminding us to embrace life with the same fervor she exemplified.
