Alejandro "Dexter" Daniel Leon

Apr 12, 1992 — Jul 5, 2026

Tucson, Arizona

He was a great friend to many, known for his generosity, humor, and loyalty.

Alejandro Daniel Leon, affectionately known as Ale by his family, beloved son, brother, partner, uncle, Godfather, grandson and friend, passed away on July 5, 2026, in his hometown of Tucson, Arizona. Born on April 12, 1992, in Tucson, Alejandro lived his entire life close to his roots, surrounded by family, friends, and the vibrant community that knew and loved him.

Alejandro’s heart was as big as his laughter. Always joking and never far from a warm smile, he brought light and joy to those around him. Deeply loving and compassionate, he spent his life connecting with the people he cherished most. His bond with his parents, Ray and Linda Leon, was unwavering, and as a brother, Alejandro was fiercely loyal. He shared extraordinary relationships not only with his brothers, Ray Jr. and Jesus, but also with his niece Adryana, nephews Ray III, Emiliano, and Noe, and his niece Valentina Alejandra who was named after her uncle. Alejandro loved and cared for his family as if each of their joys and burdens were his own.

Alejandro found happiness in the simplest pleasures. He had a special connection with his beloved dogs, treating them with the same profound love he showed his family. Many would often find Alejandro relaxing on the couch beside his partner of eight years, Jessica Martinez, and his loyal dogs, savoring moments of quiet togetherness. His devotion to Jessica was evident to all who knew them.

Alejandro was proud to be a part of the Mongol MC—a source of great accomplishment and camaraderie in his life. Riding his Harley Davidson and wrenching on his motorcycle brought him peace and sense of freedom. Being welcomed as a “brother” by the Mongol Nation was an honor he wore with pride.

Alejandro loved and cared for his family as if each of their joys and burdens were his own.

He was a hardworking man whose hands were never idle and who met every challenge with strength and determination. Strong and heroic, Alejandro held the courage to step up for anyone in need. Though he never had children of his own, his nurturing spirit and great heart were obvious in his devotion to his nieces and nephews, whom he adored as if they were his own. His family and friends feel the loss of his kindness and strength deeply.

Alejandro was blessed with the love and guidance of his grandmothers, Lillian Ruiz and Mercedes Leon. Although he mourned the loss of his grandfathers, Ramon Leon and Hector Ruiz, Jr., their memory remained a guiding light in his life and in the connections he fostered with his family.

Beyond his immediate loved ones, Alejandro’s friendships ran deep and broad. He was a great friend to many, known for his generosity, humor, and loyalty.
