Manuel M. "Chichi" Cañez April 6, 1931 - January 18, 2010 Chichi is survived by his wife, Letha; sister, Carmen Valencia and eight children, Grace, Albert, Manuel Jr. Alfred Dean, Edward, Eugene, Ursula, Raquel and Sebastian. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and wonderful friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dolores; father, Juan Cañez and loving brother, Johnny. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 22, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., with a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at MARTINEZ FUNERAL CHAPELS, 2580 S. 6th Ave., in Tucson. Burial immediately after Mass at Cañez Cemetery, Arivaca Road, Arivaca. "Thank you Daddy, Pop, Pappa, Pa for all your love and devotion to all of us. You will be greatly missed and always remembered."
