Fernando Rios, 19, went to be with our Lord on December 19, 2015. He is survived by his loving mother, Presentacion "Connie" Rios; brother, Jose Luis Ramirez; sister, Vanessa Ramirez. Visitation service at Martinez Funeral Chapels, on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass Celebration will be Wednesday, January 6, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at San Felipe de Jesus Catholic Parish.
