Hallan made his journey to Heaven on February 26, 2013. A visitation will begin on Monday, March 4, 2013 at Vida Nueva Church, 330 W. Nebraska, Tucson, AZ from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 5, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. also at Vida Nueva Church. Burial to follow at Southlawn Cemetery.
