Carmen L. Cocio 62, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2011 in Tucson, Arizona. Survived by her parents, Cruz and Angelita Cocio; sons, Raul Ballesteros III, Brian Ballesteros and Michael Soto; one granddaughter, Riana; six brothers and five sisters as well as many family members and close friends. She was employed by the Tucson Police Department for 30 years.
